Database Analyst

As a Database Analyst with experience in Power BI and PowerApps, you will be responsible for utilizing the HRIS system data to gather essential human resource metrics and organize data for distribution to key HR business partners, recruitment teams, and other internal stakeholders. Your role will involve providing assistance and advice regarding HRIS systems to managers and HR professionals, as well as writing reports and extracting data based on end user requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to support APAC HR Tools and Applications such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms. You will collaborate with the Total Rewards and HRIS Manager to coordinate and oversee the regional annual salary review, contribute to remuneration surveys, analyze trends, and offer guidance on remuneration positioning for the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on remuneration and benefits legislative changes or issues that may impact the organization. Your role will also involve assisting the broader business with HR projects, ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems, and completing all tasks in alignment with Company Core Values, Org Quality, Safety & Environment Systems, and Project Quality Procedures. Other duties as reasonably required will also fall under your responsibility. Overall, you should have a total experience of 10+ years, with at least 4+ years of experience in Power BI. Desired domain expertise in HR is preferred for this role.,
