This is a structured 20-day training program aimed at engineering students, focusing on strengthening their problem-solving and programming fundamentals.Mentor Requirements:* **Positions Open:** * 1 Main Mentor * 1 Support Mentor* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of hands-on industry or academic experience in Java and Data Structures.Expertise Required: * Strong knowledge of Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, and collections. * In-depth understanding of core data structures (arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hash maps, heaps, etc.). * Problem-solving using Java with real-world scenarios. * Ability to explain concepts clearly with practical coding demonstrations.Responsibilities:* Deliver 5 hours of interactive offline training sessions daily.* Design and conduct hands-on exercises, coding challenges, and assessments.* Guide and mentor learners in applying Data Structures concepts effectively.* Collaborate with the support mentor to ensure smooth session delivery.* Provide feedback and progress reports on learner performance.Additional Details:* Training Duration: **20 Days (5 hours/day)*** Location: Onsite (Client Location)* Support provided for **Food, Accommodation, and One-time Travel Allowance** (for outstation mentors only, capped).👉 If you are passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of engineers, and you have proven expertise in Java and Data Structures, we would love to connect with you!Note: candidate should have experience in freelancer trainer40 days contract period
