Data Steward

The Data Steward is responsible for the accuracy and up to date account hierarchy, segmentation data and related account attributes in our CRM system(s) and presenting valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our promotional and sales activities. The successful Data Steward can analyze large amounts of account data and provide practical guidance to optimize the account data clean up process.

A Data Steward plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of an organizations account and critical attributes data. Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:

• Data Quality Management: Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the organization.


• Data Governance: Apply data governance policies and procedures


• Data Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving data discrepancies and quality issues.


• Training and Support: Educating staff on data management practices and policies.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience:

• Education & Years of Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.


• Strong research and data analytics skills


• Experience with data management practices, data governance, and data quality standards.


• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerBI and other enterprise reporting solutions


• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams


• Excellent attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest level


• Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
