Data Steward

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and governance in SANITY across key business objects such as Product Targets, BD Deals, and Portfolio Projects. Your role will involve proactively identifying and resolving data issues using dashboards and reports. Additionally, you will support the execution of various business processes, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports, monitor data flows between SANITY and other systems, and promote adherence to governance guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data in SANITY across key business objects - Proactively identify and resolve data issues using dashboards and reports - Support the execution of business processes such as GPC preparation, BD&L governance steps, and forecasting cycles - Work closely with stakeholders across Platforms, BD&L, Launch Excellence, Countries, and Regions - Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports that support transparency and decision-making - Monitor data flows between SANITY and other systems - Maintain clear documentation of data processes and standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Management, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in business operations, data quality, or portfolio support roles, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry - Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SANITY and SAP and understanding data governance in a business context - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience working in cross-functional and global teams Additional Details: Sandoz, a leader in the generic and biosimilar medicines sector, aims to help more patients gain access to low-cost, high-quality medicines sustainably.
