Data Scientist(Ecommerce)

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst at our organization, you will be pivotal in analyzing our ecommerce clickstream and user behavior data to discover actionable insights that fuel business growth and guide our product roadmap. Your expertise in tools like Adobe Analytics, GCP BigQuery, SQL, and Python will be instrumental in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing intricate datasets. Collaborating closely with our Senior Data Analyst/Architect, you will play a significant role in shaping the strategic direction of our product development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze ecommerce clickstream data to comprehend user journeys and optimize website performance. - Investigate user behavior patterns to enhance customer interactions. - Utilize SQL and Python to extract and manipulate large datasets from our data warehouse. - Create insightful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to effectively convey findings to stakeholders. - Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations contributing to the development and prioritization of the product roadmap. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct AB testing analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide relevant insights. - Ensure data quality and integrity, stay updated on industry trends, and continuously learn best practices in ecommerce analytics. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably focusing on ecommerce analytics. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics. - Strong proficiency in SQL. - Solid programming skills in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn. - Experience with cloud-based data warehouses and data visualization tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for data science and ecommerce.
