We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Statistical Analysis to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing advanced analytical models, extracting insights from large datasets, and driving business impact through data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world business challenges.

Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to identify patterns and trends.

Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.

Implement and optimize algorithms for scalability, performance, and interpretability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into production systems.

Conduct A/B testing, model validation, and performance tuning.

Communicate complex results and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, regression, and probability theory.

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).

Strong grasp of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Familiarity with SQL and experience working with large databases or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Time Series Analysis.

Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).

Experience deploying ML models to production environments.
