About the Role

As a Data Scientist at Styli, you will focus on building recommendation systems, personalization models, and AI-driven experiences to enhance how customers discover fashion. You will play a key role in advancing Styli's personalization journey across search, recommendations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize recommendation engines to personalize product discovery.

Develop models for personalization across homepages, search, marketing, and notifications.

Work on predictive models for customer segmentation, lifetime value, and churn.

Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production at scale.

Stay current with advances in AI/ML and evaluate their potential applications at Styli.

Partner with Product Managers to translate business needs into ML solutions.

Qualifications

57 years experience in Data Science roles, preferably in e-commerce or consumer tech.

Strong background in ML algorithms, recommendation systems, and personalization.

Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hive, etc.) is a plus.

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
