Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring effective project execution. Develop and implement advanced AI/ML models to optimize business processes. Analyze large datasets to uncover meaningful insights and drive strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business operations. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI/ML. Ensure scalable, efficient, and high-performance AI systems. Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, predictive modeling, and data analytics. Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks. Strong knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proven ability to lead and deliver AI/ML-driven projects successfully. Preferred Skills Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
