Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, trade promotion optimization, and product assortment, Price, Churn and other ML based use case
Partner with business teams to translate problems into analytical solutions
Deploy production-ready models and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Experience & Domain

4+ years hands-on experience in data science and statistical modeling
Strong background in CPG/FMCG/Retail industry
Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management use cases (forecasting, trade promotion, assortment, churn, fraud detection)

Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in statistics and statistical modeling
Strong command of regression and classification algorithms
Hands-on experience with bagging and boosting techniques (Random Forest, XGBoost, Gradient Boosting)
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)
Experience with time series forecasting methods
