Role Overview: As a Risk Analyst at the company, your main responsibility will be to develop strategies through analytics to manage risks effectively. You will be presenting core strategy changes to senior management, monitoring and managing fraud events, and collaborating with various teams to implement risk control requirements. Your work will be self-directed, involving intermediate complexity assignments and managing approval rate, complaint rate, and loss target. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategy through analytics, understanding trade-offs in losses and end user experience - Present core strategy changes to senior management - Monitor and manage fraud events - Collaborate with Risk Product and Business Product teams on risk control requirements - Partner with data scientists to develop statistical models - Work on assignments of intermediate complexity with multiple steps - Manage approval rate, complaint rate, and loss target Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct quick estimates and complex analyses - Enthusiasm for data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced environment - Experience with statistical optimization software and SQL - Polished communication and influence skills for cross-functional collaboration - Demonstrated ability to balance business growth with risk controls - Can-do attitude, team player, ability to work well under pressure - BS/BA degree with 5+ years of experience or master's degree with 3+ years of experience Company Details: The company values Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness, guiding its global team to prioritize customers and communities.
