The Data Scientist is crucial in leveraging data to derive meaningful insights and solutions for complex business problems. This individual will lead and guide the data science team in developing advanced analytical models, algorithms, and statistical analyses. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven solutions, making strategic decisions, and enhancing overall business performance. The Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, conducting data exploration, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their goals into data science initiatives. Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to place ads in the context of cutting-edge privacy frameworks efficiently. Develop strategies to optimize budget allocation in scenarios with high cardinality and uncertainty. Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover complex data sets' patterns, trends, and insights. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies. Develop and train ML/DL models for forecasting/classification Build AI agents RAG-based systems Leverage data-driven insights and predictive modeling to build PoCs. Leverage LangChain, LangGraph, or similar for orchestration Use SQL for data analysis, feature engineering, and reporting Required Skills: Qualification in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong coding skills. 2+ years of relevant work experience in data science and machine learning. Solid background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. Proficiency in Python and SQL Preferred GCP Platform Exposure to RAG, LLMs, and agentic workflows - Finetuning Evaluation Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar toolkits Plus points if you have experience with Apple Ads (formerly ASA) or have worked in the AdTech space. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
