1. Data Analysis and Modelling: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex
datasets, identify patterns, and develop predictive models to solve business problems.
2. Data Exploration and Preparation: Collect, cleanse, and pre-process data from various sources to ensure its
accuracy, completeness, and quality. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and
workflows.
3. Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features from structured and unstructured data
sources to enhance model performance and accuracy.
4. Model Development and Evaluation: Design and develop innovative machine learning algorithms and
models. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune models for optimal results.
5. Streamline business reporting, campaign reporting and key business metric for management consumption
6. Communication: Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to both technical and non-
technical stakeholders.
7. Guide the other Data Scientists and Trainees in coming up the curve and in complex projects & problem solving
.Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
.Experience 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist
.Skills & Competencies Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or SAS.
