We are seeking a talented Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced AI models, AI agents, and innovative projects that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions using advanced Deep Learning (DL) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to preprocess and analyze large datasets, converting raw data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models (transformer architectures, embeddings, etc.) into production-ready applications.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent AI-driven solutions.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in Generative AI to solve real-world challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Data Science/AI, with proven expertise in Python and SQL.
• Strong experience with NLP and DL frameworks (Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI techniques such as prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and AI agent development.
• Familiarity with tools/frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and deployment frameworks (Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience working with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker for building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML models.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
