About the Role:
We are seeking a curious, solution-driven Data Scientist with strong experience in GenAI application development and a passion for solving real business problems through data. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, RAG architecture, and integrating enterprise knowledge for intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Model (LLM) applications tailored to business needs.
• Work with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to integrate enterprise knowledge bases.
• Design and orchestrate prompts, tools, and workflows for GenAI systems.
• Translate business problems into data science problems; align work with OKRs using statistical validations.
• Conduct in-depth data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and generate actionable insights.
• Create compelling data stories and dashboards; communicate findings with clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply design thinking and data literacy in cross-functional problem-solving.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in LLM application development and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks and RAG systems.
• Strong skills in data wrangling, Excel VBA, and insight generation.
• Excellent communication (vocal & written) and storytelling ability.
• Problem-solving mindset with a balance of technical depth and business understanding.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions on iterations vs convergence.
• Quick learner with high business acumen and a strong desire to explore new domains.
• Design thinking and empathy for end users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of industry experience in analytics, AI, or data product development.
• Demonstrated portfolio or examples of AI/data-driven project ownership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹484,878.94 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
