LTV modelling, portfolio risk analytics, and U.S. credit card portfolio strategies

Responsibilities:

Build, validate, and enhance
LTV models
, credit risk models, and profitability frameworks
Work on
RiskReward trade-off modelling
to optimize credit acquisition and portfolio strategies
Conduct data extraction, validation, exploratory analysis, and evaluate new data sources
Drive portfolio analytics initiatives to monitor & improve credit performance
Partner with product, marketing, and risk teams to design
data-driven credit policies & lifecycle strategies
Perform profitability segmentation and identify high-value or high-risk customer cohorts
Support pricing, credit line management, and risk simulations using predictive modelling
Analyse internal and bureau data to generate actionable portfolio insights

Requirements:

2+ years
of experience in credit cards, consumer lending, or portfolio risk analytics
Hands-on experience in
LTV modelling, risk–reward trade-off, profitability optimization
Proficiency in
Python or R
, and strong SQL for data manipulation
Expertise in predictive modelling: logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting, survival analysis
Experience working with
credit bureau data, scorecards, forecasting
, and U.S. credit systems
Strong communication skills with ability to explain insights to business & technical stakeholders
