We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistics, with 4-6 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, data science, and analytics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or another programming language commonly used in data science.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
Solid understanding of statistics and probability theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
