Role Overview

Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design, train & evaluate ML models: classification, anomaly detection, forecasting, NLP

🔹 Build advanced DL architectures: RNN, GRU, LSTM, Transformers (BERT, T5, GPT)

Generative AI & RAG pipelines

🔹 Optimize models — quantization, low-latency inference

🔹 Fine-tune LLMs using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA (optional)

🔹 Define evaluation metrics; monitor drift & retraining

🔹 Collaborate with engineering/DevOps for CI/CD & deployment

🔹 Write clean, reproducible, well-documented code

Required Skills

✅ 4–5+ yrs hands-on in ML/Data Science

✅ Strong Python, scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow

✅ Deep experience in NLP & Transformer models

✅ Knowledge of Generative AI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex)

✅ Model quantization (INT8/dynamic/static)

✅ Experience with vector DBs: FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search

✅ ML deployment, monitoring & performance tuning

✅ Familiarity with Docker, MLflow, CI/CD

Preferred

⭐ LLM fine-tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA)

⭐ Exposure to MLOps: SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow

⭐ Experience with Spark, Airflow

⭐ Contributions to research, open-source, ML/NLP blogs
