Job Description

The Data Reporting and Analytics Specialist will focus on providing metrics, dashboards, and bespoke reports for the Global Communications Marketing Team. This role will involve data analysis, visualization, and the development of live dashboards to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Dashboards:

  • Utilize the global communications and marketing project management system, Asana, to set up reports and dashboards for the global team.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders using PowerBI.
  • Analyze data and provide bespoke reports as required.
  • Creating region/campaign-specific weekly Asana updates across CoEs for integrated comms view.

Digital Communications Dashboards and Metrics:

  • Work with the digital communications team to develop quarterly and monthly dashboards using multiple data sources (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Provide live PowerBI dashboards to agreed stakeholder groups globally and regionally on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Events and Campaigns ROI Support:

  • Develop marketing campaign and event dashboards, demonstrating ROI, leads, channel metrics, and analysis.
  • Provide reports following the completion of campaigns or events.
  • Ensure alignment with the global CRM system.

Global Merchandise Store Reporting:

  • Provide reporting on store usage, stock levels, and regional usage.

Google analytics/metrics:

  • Creation of unique URLs to place as backlinks in editorial (for online publications) and tracking and reporting on web traffic and impact on wider SEO performance on keywords.

Requirements:

  • High level of capability in data analysis and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in using Asana and PowerBI to develop live data dashboards.
  • Familiarity with social media metrics and tools (e.g., Falcon, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proficiency in website management tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comms and marketing software tools
  • Knowledge of HTML coding is an advantage.
  • Systematic thinker and problem solver. High analytical skills and ability to look at the bigger picture and have a strategic view of a project.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the highest attention to detail.
