Data Quality and Governance Lead

As a Data Quality Lead at the company, your role will involve driving the DQ agenda within PGT deployment and defining KPIs and Metrics in alignment with global Governance. You will be responsible for leading data migration planning, execution, and communication, as well as ensuring the end-to-end delivery of MDG workflow functionalities. Additionally, you will need to integrate with the Global MDG team to adopt PGT design and lead the end user training and change management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving continuous improvement of data governance and data maintenance processes for implementing countries/entities - Creating and aligning data standards for master, supplemental, and transactional data objects - Driving adoption of data standards and design principles to ensure data consistency and efficiency in the migration process - Ensuring proper documentation of data standards and key decisions (i.e. KDDs, DDs, Metadata, DQ Rules, CRDs) - Building the capability within the company to drive a cost-efficient delivery model by reducing the delivery work for external partners - Providing clear documentation to project teams, management, executive leadership, and across multiple geographies with excellent oral and written skills In terms of qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience with data, conversions, and interfaces. You must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and work flexible hours based on varying business requirements. Additionally, you should be able to solve highly complex problems within your work team, quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, and manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change with adaptability and flexibility. A data-driven mindset, structured analytical approach, and proficiency in manipulating and profiling large volumes of data using tools like SQL, Excel, Access, WinShuttle, MDM/MDG, and workflow will be essential for this role.,
