Data Quality Analyst

You will be working as a Data Entry and Manual Testing Specialist at Gauge Data Solutions in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, well-organized, and accessible data while conducting manual testing on the website to identify bugs and maintain high-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Data Entry:** - Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. - Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. - Perform routine data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure data integrity. - Compile and organize data into reports, spreadsheets, or other formats as required. - Respond to data-related queries and provide data insights when necessary. - Manage and maintain digital and physical filing systems. - **Manual Testing:** - Execute manual test cases based on product specifications and requirements. - Work closely with the development team to understand software functionality and contribute to test planning. - Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing of software applications. - Verify bug fixes and re-test the website to ensure issues are resolved. - Assist in the preparation of test environments, test data, and necessary documentation. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any specialization, preferably in a related field. - Proven experience in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Familiarity with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and databases. - Understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to spot and report inconsistencies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Basic knowledge of programming concepts or software testing is a plus. - Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work under tight deadlines. In addition to the above, prior experience in both data entry and manual testing roles, knowledge of SQL or basic database querying, and experience with test documentation and writing test cases are desirable skills.
