As a QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will be an integral part of the Agile (Scrum) team process, ensuring that standard testing activities are performed while keeping customer experience at the forefront of the testing process. Your responsibilities will include building new test automation frameworks, configuring test environments, and automating test scripts and cases using existing automation testing frameworks. You will be required to debug and run automation test suites for various areas such as SEO testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, DB testing, API testing, performance testing, and email testing. Collaborating with Engineering teams and Product Managers will be essential to integrate quality into the product from the beginning and assist developers in issue resolution. You will own the execution, reporting, and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, advocating for testable and functional software designs to uphold quality design principles. Furthermore, you will work closely with Engineering teams to drive innovation and ensure the highest product quality. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of software testing experience in a QA automation or QA engineering role, familiarity with Agile development methodologies and regression testing, hands-on experience with API Automation, Selenium, Python, Pytest, etc., and proficiency in version controls and repositories like Git/CircleCI. Experience in integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines within release management, strong communication skills, the ability to create testing frameworks from scratch, familiarity with SQL, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail are desired qualities. Role Specific Responsibilities: You will work extensively with customers, as well as internal and external resources such as Cisco account teams and partners, to strategize, deploy, and optimize Cisco services and solutions. As a leader, you will take charge in executing delivery projects and enhancing solutions and methods for broader practice. You will create, review, and approve project deliverables including Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, and Implementation/Change Management Plans. Building and leveraging test environments will be necessary to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues. Your software skills and tools will be essential in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco products and solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of digital intellectual capital such as scripts and digital signatures. Acting as a focal point for problem resolution, you will ensure the timely and proper resolution of complex customer issues across various technologies. Collaboration with TAC to address P1 and P2 issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Solid hands-on experience with UCCE components like ICM, PG, CVP, CTI, Finesse, and CUIC is required, while knowledge and exposure in UCCX is a plus but not mandatory. Strong hands-on experience in CC implementation work with troubleshooting capabilities is essential. Grade Specific Responsibilities: This role will focus on Industrial Operations Engineering and requires full competence in your area of expertise. You will serve as a key contributor in a more complex and critical environment, proactively understanding and anticipating client needs. Managing costs and profitability within your work area, you will also manage your agenda to achieve agreed targets. Developing project plans specific to your area, you will look beyond immediate problems to consider wider implications and act as a facilitator, coach, and driver to move teams forward.,
