Description
As a Technical Data Protection & Access Governance Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing access governance and document protection across Engineering, R&D, and TrafoSchool. Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining access rules, conducting periodic access reviews, implementing document-level protection, leading the document governance initiative, facilitating stakeholder alignment, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain access rules across xECM, HEP, OneView, LMS, and other platforms - Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain audit-ready records - Implement document-level protection using RMS/AIP and enforce mandatory classification - Act as operational lead for the BU-wide document governance initiative - Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage access flows for external suppliers - Collaborate with SCM and Master Data to maintain secure external access - Track KPIs such as RMS coverage, permission reductions, and classification completeness - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in information security, Engineering, IT Systems, or related field - 5+ years of experience in access governance, document protection, or IT compliance - Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms like xECM, HEP, PLM, SharePoint, RMS/AIP - Experience with audit processes, access control models, and classification frameworks - Proficiency in both spoken & written English language By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity while making a significant impact in the field of technical data protection and access governance.
