Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and leadership teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure IAM implementations adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders. Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on IAM technologies and implementations . Proven track record of delivering complex IAM projects involving tools like Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity , etc. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access governance. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
