Ensure IAM implementations adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders. Coordinate UAT, training, and post-implementation support. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on IAM technologies and implementations . Proven track record of delivering complex IAM projects involving tools like Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity , etc. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including user lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access governance. Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. As an experienced professional in implementing Identity & Access Management solutions, you will be responsible for implementing the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle Platform to automate provisioning, manage access governance, and handle access request management efficiently. Your expertise in Identity & Access Management tools will be crucial in ensuring that the right users have appropriate access to technology resources within the organization through authentication, access rights management, and access logging. Your key responsibilities will include conducting user access reviews, identifying and addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations, managing user access authorizations, and handling provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts both internally and externally. You should have a solid understanding of LDAP/Active Directory concepts and possess hands-on experience in working with Active Directory. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with global counterparts and clients to understand their business environment and translate requirements into effective IAM solutions. Additionally, you should be a strong team player capable of leading and managing a team of IAM resources effectively. In terms of responsibilities, you will be tasked with implementing the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (IGL) platform, configuring tasks, customization, coding, and testing. Deployment of the RSA IGL across multiple platforms such as QA, PROD, and DR environments will also fall under your purview. Configure identity lifecycle processes like provisioning, certification, governance, and access requests. Create custom rules, workflows, and connectors using Java and BeanShell. Integrate SailPoint with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Azure AD, LDAP, and Active Directory. Perform access reviews, policy violation analysis, and remediation.
