Data Product Manager - Unstructured Data Ingestion

As a highly motivated and experienced Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the data ingestion platform of our organization. This platform plays a crucial role in ingesting a wide variety of data types such as structured, unstructured, real-time, and batch from diverse sources. Your role will involve understanding data engineering principles, implementing product management best practices, and focusing on building high-quality, scalable, and reliable data solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data ingestion platform by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery. - Elicit and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across the organization, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and resource constraints. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new features and improvements to the data ingestion platform. - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and platform updates. - Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and identify areas for improvement by analyzing usage data, conducting user surveys, and gathering feedback. - Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, engineering, and business units. - Regularly engage with users to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Employ various product discovery techniques to identify and validate product opportunities. - Prepare and present regular product updates and performance reviews to leadership. - Conduct regular pulse checks and surveys to monitor user satisfaction and identify emerging issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products. - Deep understanding of data ingestion principles, technologies, and best practices. - Experience with various data types (structured, unstructured, real-time, batch). - Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.,
