With competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement, Barclays offers a great place to grow in the banking industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identification and assessment of potential risks related to data privacy - Implementation of measures to mitigate risks and enhance overall data protection - Development and implementation of an effective incident response plan for data breaches - Provision of data privacy training and awareness to employees - Identification of areas for improvement and enhancement of the data privacy program - Definition and enforcement of data privacy policies and procedures - Partnering with stakeholders to drive improvements in the understanding and protection of personal data - Development and maintenance of a comprehensive data privacy governance framework **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in data privacy, policies & requirements - Experience in the banking domain - Worked on data governance, data privacy, control & implementation The purpose of this role is to develop and implement data privacy policies, procedures, and monitor adherence to these policies across the organization. This role is based out of Noida. As a Vice President, you are expected to contribute to strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. You will manage resources, budgets, and policies, deliver continuous improvements, and escalate breaches of policies. If you have leadership responsibilities, you are expected to demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviors. For individual contributors, you will be a subject matter expert within your discipline and guide technical direction.
