Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Privacy Consultant, based in New Delhi with the flexibility of occasional work from home. The Data Privacy Consultant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, developing and implementing privacy policies, overseeing data privacy measures, and providing guidance on privacy compliance. Daily tasks will include evaluating and enhancing cybersecurity practices, ensuring that all organizational procedures adhere to relevant privacy laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Privacy Regulations especially DPDP Act, Privacy Policies, and PIMS.
• Experience in managing Privacy Compliance and ensuring adherence to privacy standards
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and measures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in data privacy or cybersecurity are a plus
