In this pivotal role as an Integrated Financial Crime-Data Privacy-Assistant Vice President at Barclays, you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring alignment with the relevant rules & regulations and codes of conduct. With competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement, Barclays offers a great place to grow in the banking industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identification and assessment of potential risks related to data privacy - Implement measures to mitigate risks and enhance overall data protection - Develop and implement an effective incident response plan for data breaches - Coordinate with relevant teams to investigate and address incidents promptly - Provide data privacy training and awareness to employees - Identify areas for improvement and enhance the data privacy program - Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures - Define and enforce data privacy policies and procedures - Partner with stakeholders to drive improvements in personal data protection - Develop and maintain a comprehensive data privacy governance framework **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in data privacy, policies, and requirements - Experience in the banking domain - Proficiency in data governance, data privacy, control, and implementation This role is based out of Noida.
