Job Description

Position

: Data Privacy Analyst

Location

Responsibilities

Work with the DPO to implement tasks supporting our global Privacy program
Maintain and manage Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs)
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for IT systems and processes

Promote a privacy first culture, guiding the business to meet our Privacy program requirements

Skills

Solid GDPR and privacy expertise
Strong interest in IT, SaaS, AI and Cybersecurity
Firsthand experience applying privacy in business and tech settings
Skilled in collaborating to develop RoPAs
Proficient in PIAs and applying privacy principles (e.g. data minimization, storage limitation)
Familiar with TrustArc or similar tools for RoPAs and PIAs
Excellent communication across teams and countries
Integrity, resilience, and strong organizational/project management skills

Qualifications

3 years of privacy experience with GDPR in a global company
Bachelor s degree in an IT related field OR IT combined with Data Privacy Laws
CIPP or similar privacy related certification is an advantage
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Legally eligible to work in India
