As a Data Operation Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing data operations and data management for US residential loan data. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proven experience in data operations and data management, with a preference for 8-10 years of relevant experience. - Having in-depth knowledge of lending data, specifically in US residential mortgages. - Utilizing your expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management. - Utilizing data management tools and technologies such as SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms. - Showcasing strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's degree in a business or data-related field, while a Master's degree is preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
