Data Migration Technical Lead

You are invited to join NTT DATA as a Data Migration Technical Lead in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful pre-implementation evaluation of data risks and working closely with the implementation teams for the analysis of source systems data. Your responsibilities will include creating data migration blueprints, coordinating all data migration steps, monitoring progress and quality of data migration, and providing regular status reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-implementation evaluation of data risks and analyze source systems data - Create data migration blueprints including migration concepts, transformation rules, mappings, and selection criteria - Coordinate all data migration steps (extract, transform & load) and manage Defect Management and Issue Resolution - Monitor progress and quality of data migration, maintain RAIDD log, and provide regular status reporting Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in large Data Migration efforts, with preferred experience in SAP Data Migration, ETL, and LTMC - Extensive experience in ETL using SAP BODS and SAP IS for SAP Master / Transaction Data Objects in various SAP modules - Strong solutioning skills to design and implement technical solutions while mitigating risks - Prior experience in customer-facing roles and knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare verticals is preferred - Proficiency in Project Planning, Technical Solution Design, and Solution delivery - Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, trusted by 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
