Data Migration Technical Lead

As a Data Migration Technical Lead at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in pre-implementation evaluation of data risks, working closely with implementation teams on analysis of source systems data. Your responsibilities will include ensuring audit trails for data migration, creating data migration blueprints, and coordinating all data migration steps including extract, transform & load processes. You will work closely with SAP S4 HANA implementation teams to ensure effective understanding and translation of blueprints into data migration requirements. Monitoring progress, quality of data migration, and regular status reporting will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Pre-implementation evaluation of data risks and analysis of source systems data - Ensure audit trail is in place for data migration and traceability to source systems - Creation of data migration blueprints including migration concepts, transformation rules, and mappings - Coordinate all data migration steps (extract, transform & load) and manage Defect Management and Issue Resolution - Monitor progress and quality of data migration, RAIDD log, and provide regular status reporting Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in large Data Migration efforts, SAP Data Migration, ETL, and LTMC experience - 3 - 4 full cycle data migration experience - Extensive experience in ETL using SAP BODS and SAP IS with respect to SAP Master / Transaction Data Objects in various SAP modules - Strong solutioning skills to design and implement technical solutions while mitigating risks - Prior customer-facing roles and knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare verticals are preferred - Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
