Data Migration Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring merchants smoothly transition to Loop by managing the technical aspects of onboarding and subscription data migration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with onboarding specialists to understand technical requirements and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for merchants. - Owning the migration infrastructure to facilitate the transfer of subscription data from previous platforms to Loop with zero data loss and errors. - Providing technical support to clients during onboarding, addressing any issues promptly. - Creating and maintaining documentation for common configurations, data migration processes, and troubleshooting to expedite issue resolution. - Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to prevent escalations or post-onboarding issues. - Leveraging your expertise in Shopify to assist merchants in implementing custom requirements effectively. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related field. - Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python scripting. - Experience working with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. - Self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.,
