Data Migration Specialist

As a Data Migration Specialist, your role involves executing end-to-end data migration activities using Syniti ADMM, extracting, transforming, and loading data with SAP BODS, and working with Data Migration Cockpit to monitor migration progress. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth migration and integration, while ensuring data quality through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation. It is essential to have a strong understanding of ADMM tool screen tabs and their functionality. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting migration processes, mapping rules, and any exceptions or errors. Key Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end data migration activities using Syniti ADMM - Extract, transform, and load data using SAP BODS - Monitor migration progress, validate data, and manage logs with Data Migration Cockpit - Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation for ensuring data quality - Understand and explain ADMM tool screen tabs and their functionality - Collaborate with business and technical teams for smooth migration and integration - Document migration processes, mapping rules, and any exceptions or errors Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of total IT experience - At least 68 months hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM in a live project - Hands-on ETL experience with SAP BODS - Experience using Data Migration Cockpit for SAP/ERP projects - In-depth understanding of ADMM Tool screen tabs - Valid Syniti ADMM certification required for candidates without ADMM project experience - Understanding of Application Data Management principles, data mapping, and validation The ideal candidate should have exposure to data migration methodology, data quality checks, and transformation logic in SAP/ERP landscapes. A degree in BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. As a Data Migration Specialist, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail for data accuracy, and good communication skills to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
