Are you an experienced Data Manager who enjoys leading high-performing data teams and delivering high-quality data products that make a difference

In this role, you'll lead agile squads of data engineers, analysts and data managers, guiding the design, delivery and maintenance of data solutions across AWS, Databricks and Azure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define priorities, manage risks and ensure smooth, value-driven delivery.

What you'll be doing

Leading and developing agile squads across data engineering, analytics and management

Overseeing end-to-end data delivery, ensuring products are scalable, secure and well-governed

Partnering with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities and success measures

Providing hands-on support where needed (SQL, Python, data analysis)

Embedding data standards, governance and best practice

What you'll bring

3+ years experience leading or managing agile data delivery teams

A strong background in data engineering or analytics

Experience working in cloud environments (Databricks, AWS or Azure)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
