Salary Range - 12 - 20 LPA (based on experience and skills)

You will be responsible for driving data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and modern data technologies.

You will independently design, develop, and manage BI systems, dashboards, and analytical models that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy & Management

• Design and implement enterprise-level data management and integration strategies.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and governance acrosssystems.

2. Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and related BI tools.
• Perform data modelling, visualization, and trend analysis to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

3. Big Data & Data Lake Architecture

• Manage and optimize Big Data environments, Data Lakes, and data warehouses.
• Build and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines using modern data tools and cloud platforms.
• Implement and maintain high-performance data retrieval and processing systems.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• Design and deploy AI/ML models to support forecasting, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, correlations, and predictive opportunities.
• Continuously explore new ML techniques and frameworks relevant to business needs.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Data Management

• Collaborate with business units to identify data gaps, reporting needs, and process improvements.
• Translate complex data into simple, meaningful visualizations for management teams.
• Support various departments with analytical solutions and performance reports.

6. Technology Implementation & Innovation

• Evaluate, implement, and maintain cutting-edge data technologies, cloud solutions, and analytics tools.
• Automate manual reporting processes through scripting and workflow tools.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and BI projects independently.

7. Compliance, Security & Documentation

• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices are followed.
• Maintain proper documentation for systems, dashboards, data models, and processes.
• Implement data backup, recovery, and audit mechanisms as per IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience

  in IT, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in

  Power BI

  dashboards

  , SQL, Python

  /R, Azure/AWS Data Services, Google Cloud, and

  ETL tools.

• Solid understanding of

  data warehousing, data modelling, data governance, and cloud-based BI.

• Proven ability to independently handle end-to-end data lifecycle from extraction to visualization.
• Exposure to AI/ML model development, Big Data, and Data Lake architectures.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Power BI, Azure Data Engineering, or AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics, data automation, and advanced statistical techniques.
