Data Manager (Patient Records) Internship in Delhi

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Data Manager Intern to assist in organizing, maintaining, and updating patient data. The role will primarily involve structuring patient folders, ensuring proper segregation of medical records, and maintaining Excel-based data logs for accuracy and compliance.This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in health administration, medical records management, or data entry roles in the healthcare sector.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Organize and maintain patient records in digital folders (e.g., by patient ID, date, department, etc.)
• Ensure accurate segregation of patient documents (e.g., prescriptions, reports, lab results, billing)
• Update and manage Excel sheets for patient logs, visit history, and document tracking
• Cross-check scanned or uploaded documents against existing records for accuracy
• Assist in renaming and tagging files for quick retrieval and indexing
• Follow confidentiality protocols and ensure data security at all times
• Support staff in preparing patient summaries or data extracts when needed
• Flag inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing documents for review
