Essential: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Qualification in ERP, CRM (short-term courses also qualify)
Essential: 4 years of relevant work experience in operating an ERP, preferably Infor LN and its allied systems Greater preference if said experience is in Sales & Marketing function
Preferred: Strong preference for proficiency in Infor LN and its application in Sales and Marketing Greater preference if candidate is also experienced in usage or admin function of CRM, especially Salesforce.

3. Communication skills - verbal and written
4. Interpersonal skills - handling people from other functions, usually senior in position to the candidate
5. Ability to train system users for CRM
6. Conducting structured meetings and reviews Technical/Functional competencies required: 1. Knowledge of ERP, particularly Infor LN, its satellite systems, OLAP data cubes 2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, Teams, Outlook
Preferred: Technical/Functional competencies required: 1. Working knowledge of CRM system like Salesforce, MS Office.
The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
1. Manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, including Power BI (Business Intelligence)
a) Managing Domestic and Exports MIS (Management Information System)
b) Maintaining industry association data, prepare required reports
c) Managing Power BI dashboards for information sharing, decision making
d) Coordinating with relevant GITL teams for ERP issue resolution
e) Performing Sales & Marketing testing activity for new initiatives
f) Driving RFQ creation, development, testing and deployment of new functionalities / requirements in ERP, with GITL
g) Maintaining ERP customer master data
h) Order book maintenance
i) Maintaining ERP data archival process
j) Being the Marketing lead for ERP data transfer and set-up for Khalapur
2. Manage and develop CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
a) Performing CRM admin role
- User management, role management, license management
- Providing user support and training continually
-Resolving user issues with user, GITL or CRM provider
- Monitoring adoption and usage in Sales network including channel partners
- CRM database maintenance
- Pricelist management in CRM
- Supporting to order booking team
b) Managing new requirements, modifications in CRM
- Driving new requirement definition, manage JIRA (Ask Long form), discuss with GITL / CRM provider (requires understanding of business processes and user needs)
- Ensuring timely delivery of JIRAs
- Creating and running test scenarios in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration System) environments
- Managing go live roll-out schedule and user testing, ensuring full scale deployment
- Conducting periodic reviews with user groups, GITL, CRM provider
-Preparing SOPs for new developments, guide user teams
c) Managing CRM dashboards -static and Analytic Studio
d) Managing dispatch documentation in CRM
