Job Description

You will be joining the Energy & ESG Managed Services Team at Brightly, a Siemens company, as a Data Integrity Analyst. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting ongoing maintenance of client, property, and utility account information. - Manually loading utility bill data with high accuracy. - Downloading utility data from vendor websites. - Loading and verifying data from multiple sources into the system, managing data flow, and addressing any issues. - Using data processing tools and proprietary systems to validate data. - Reviewing and investigating year-over-year variances and anomalous energy data. - Validating and maintaining utility rates and flagging billing errors. - Providing cross-team support with client requests and energy data issues. - Becoming an expert in relevant products and functional areas. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates from various backgrounds are welcome as long as they are good with numbers and interested in data management. - Well-organized, able to prioritize, and adaptable to shifting priorities and schedules. - Excellent communication, client service, and relationship-building skills. - Problem-solving and troubleshooting mentality. - Demonstrated commitment to teamwork. - Flexibility in your work schedule to learn and collaborate with a global team. - Keen eye for detail. Anticipate a steep learning curve. - Experience with MS Office suite and products such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. SQL experience is an asset.
