Data Integrity Analyst

As a Senior Data Integrity Analyst at Rockstar Games, you will be part of a team that works on rewarding, large-scale creative projects within an inclusive and highly-motivated environment. You will collaborate with talented individuals in the industry and contribute to the success and health of Rockstar's games through data analytics. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand process flows and business needs. - Design and implement standardized alerts and runbooks for streamlined data quality issue resolution. - Monitor and maintain the health of dashboards, data sources, and data collection systems in partnership with Data Governance teams. - Develop internal code libraries to facilitate efficient data exploration and validation by the Data Science team. - Analyze incoming data sets for inconsistencies, potential issues, and unexpected patterns. - Provide Level 1 support for urgent issues affecting data pipelines during standard working hours. - Conduct root cause analysis, generate Correction of Errors documents, and ensure smooth transitions for unresolved critical issues. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business. - 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics, data operations, or data science. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau. - Experience with cloud data platforms, Databricks, and Snowflake is preferred. **Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical documentation. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated and autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Passion for Rockstar Games and their titles. **PLUSES:** - Experience with PySpark, GitHub, and Airflow. - Familiarity with working in a CI/CD environment. - Proficiency in tools like Grafana and Nagios for system monitoring and creating dashboards.
