Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes across the organization
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies, including adherence to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (eg, GDPR, CCPA)
Identify opportunities for automation within data governance and data pipeline processes, drivingefficiency and scalability
Define, maintain, and manage a data dictionary, business glossary, and metadata repository
Collaborate with data owners and stewards to ensure accountability and enforce data standardization practices
Lead data quality management initiatives; define and monitor KPIs related todata accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Monitor enterprise-wide data usage to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and data access policies
Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows using modern data engineering tools
Support audit and compliance reporting needs by providing well-governed and traceable data pipelines
Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 6 years in data governance, data engineering, or data management roles
Strong expertise in data governance tools and familiarity with data cataloging
Hands-on experience with data integration/analytics platforms (e
g, Alteryx, Redpoint, Talend, or similar tools)
Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM and understanding of its data structure and governance needs
Solid knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and data lifecycle management
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, master data management (MDM), and data lineage tracking
Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with data governance frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK
Knowledge of data security frameworks and access control models
Background in business process improvement or Lean/Agile methodologies
