Data Governance and Sales Support Analyst

As a Data Governance and Sales Support Analyst at Russell Investments, Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's GTM data governance policies and procedures to uphold the integrity of our CRM data. Your primary focus will involve driving strategy, execution, and continuous oversight of data governance projects and standards that support the growth and scalability of sales technologies, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce CRM. Your role as a Data Governance and Sales Support Analyst will position you as a crucial central figure within our Global Sales Operations team and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with key organizational stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of business needs, conduct analysis, and implement solutions to enhance the business through governance processes, technology, and policies. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Governance, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related Information Technology/Engineering discipline. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the organization's data governance policies and procedures, executing data governance strategies to align with strategic objectives, ensuring data compliance with privacy and security regulations, creating a data catalog, enforcing data quality standards, collaborating with departments and stakeholders, implementing data quality improvements, and supporting projects related to data migration and governance. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting data transfers between third-party sources and the CRM system, resolving issues in collaboration with multiple technology teams, and leveraging your strong knowledge of SQL or other querying languages, experience with data architecture, modeling, and statistical analysis, familiarity with CRM platforms, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
