As a Data Entry Clerk at our company, your role will involve accurately entering and managing data within our systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data and supporting various administrative functions. Your duties will include: - Accurately inputting data into databases and ERP systems. - Performing data entry tasks such as order entry, transcription, and data collection. - Maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information. - Utilizing Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage data sets. - Assisting with clerical tasks like document preparation and office organization. - Ensuring data accuracy by reviewing entries for errors and inconsistencies. - Collaborating with team members to support various administrative functions as needed. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills. - Experience with databases and ERP systems is preferred. - Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. - Basic math skills for data verification and calculations. - Previous clerical or administrative experience is an asset. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
