Data Entry Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator who combines accuracy with accountability. The ideal

candidate should have a solid understanding of Tally and Excel/Google Sheets, take ownership of

their work, and apply common sense and reasoning to ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage financial and operational data accurately in Tally and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with accounts, production, and sales teams for accurate data flow.

• Check and verify data before entry to minimize errors.

• Maintain proper filing systems and assist in documentation.

• Ensure confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com or equivalent (mandatory)

• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar data entry/accounts role (preferred)

• Software: Tally, Google Sheets, MS Excel (good with formulas and data organization)

• Soft Skills: Common sense, logical reasoning, ownership, accountability, accuracy, attention to

detail, coordination, and communication skills.

• Work Type: Full-time, On-site

• Location: Ahmedabad (local candidates preferred)

• Commitment: Ready to work dedicatedly for at least 2–3 years
