As a PowerPoint & Report Specialist at our small but growing company providing specialized maritime services, your role will involve creating high-quality business presentations and audit reports. You will collaborate with management to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all your work. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design professional business presentations with visuals, charts, and structured content in PowerPoint. - Create and format audit reports in Word and PowerPoint, maintaining clarity and accuracy. - Organize and present data logically to make reports easy to understand. - Ensure all presentations and reports align with our company's branding and tone. - Utilize basic graphic design skills to enhance reports and presentations using tools like Canva or Photoshop. - Collaborate closely with management to understand content requirements and deliver timely reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in creating business presentations and reports. - Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including advanced formatting, templates, and styles. - Strong written communication skills in English. - Basic Excel knowledge for charts, tables, and formatting. - Attention to detail and an eye for professional design. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
