As a PowerPoint & Report Specialist at our small but growing company providing specialized maritime services, your role will involve creating high-quality business presentations and audit reports in Word and PowerPoint. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing presentations with structured content, formatting audit reports for clarity and accuracy, and ensuring consistency with our company's branding and tone. Your ability to organize and present data logically, along with strong communication skills, will be crucial in delivering professional reports. Additionally, collaborating closely with management to understand content requirements and deliver timely reports will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Designing high-quality, professional business presentations with visuals, charts, and structured content. - Creating and formatting audit reports in Word and PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. - Organizing and presenting data logically to make reports easy to understand. - Ensuring branding consistency across all presentations and reports. - Enhancing reports and presentations using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar (preferred but not mandatory). - Collaborating with management to understand content requirements and deliver timely reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in creating business presentations and reports. - Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including advanced formatting, templates, and styles. - Strong written communication skills in English. - Basic Excel knowledge for charts, tables, and formatting. - Attention to detail and an eye for professional design. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
