About the Role

Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update product details using Excel templates
• Upload product data in bulk through the admin panel
• Ensure accuracy of product information such as name, price, specifications, and categories
• Maintain correct formatting, slugs, and product attributes
• Check for errors, duplicates, and missing data
• Fix upload errors and re-upload corrected files
• Maintain basic reports and upload tracking sheets

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work with large data sets
• Basic computer and file management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and templates strictly

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of e-commerce product listings
• Knowledge of product variants, SKUs, or catalogs
• Familiarity with building materials or retail products (training will be provided)

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome

• Candidates with

  6 months – 2 years

  of data entry or similar experience preferred
• Minimum qualification:

  12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
