Job Summary
The Hotel Booking Data Entry Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of guest reservations, personal information, and booking details into the company's property management system (PMS) and internal databases. The role ensures the integrity and security of all booking data, which is critical for providing a seamless guest experience and supporting hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately input new and modify existing reservation data received from various channels, including online booking apps, phone calls, and email correspondence. Data Verification: Cross-reference and verify guest details, booking dates, payment information, and special requests to ensure a high level of accuracy
