Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Data Entry Specialist at Accountivaa. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for ongoing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, inputting information into databases, and ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, electronic files, online forms) into the company database and computer systems.

• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain data integrity by adhering to established data entry procedures and quality standards.

• Organize and file documents after data entry.

• Generate reports and summaries as needed.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Identify and report any data entry errors or inconsistencies.

• Stay updated on new data entry procedures and software.
