Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering production data into our management systems, ensuring the integrity of our manufacturing data to support operational excellence and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input production data into the database from paper documents and system reports.
Verify and validate data entry with physical production logs to ensure accuracy.
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Maintain and update records and databases in alignment with company standards.
Support production planning and control by providing accurate data for forecasting.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve any discrepancies in the data.
Assist in the implementation of data management systems as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk in a manufacturing setting.
Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
Basic understanding of databases and data entry systems.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
