Job Description

Location: Patliputra Hospital, Dhanbad

Patliputra Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining hospital records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient records and hospital data.
Prepare and manage reports, documents, and files.
Ensure confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
Coordinate with departments for smooth flow of information.
Assist in administrative tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 words per minute.
Previous experience in hospital/healthcare setup will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position.
Should be comfortable with rotational shifts if required.
